Live deployment

Telecom Foundation social welfare website

The Foundation’s welfare work — including its school network — needed a dedicated public home. Donors and beneficiaries could not be asked to dig through a corporate site to find programmes that change lives.

Sixteen schools, one public home for the welfare programme — open to donors and beneficiaries around the clock.

Who this home is for

Donors, beneficiaries and the school community needed different doors into the same welfare story.

Donors

See programmes clearly and understand how support reaches the network.

Beneficiaries

Find the right programme without calling around offices and schools.

School network

Present sixteen schools as one coherent TFES story, not sixteen disconnected pages.

What the welfare site holds

Programmes

Welfare work presented so a visitor can recognise the right programme quickly.

School network

Sixteen schools nationwide, readable as one system rather than a list of addresses.

Ways to support

Clear paths for donors and partners who want to engage, not a buried contact form.

Always-on information

Programme detail stays open when the office phone is not — by design, around the clock.

How we approached it

Separate the welfare story from corporate messaging, then make it findable.

  1. Step 01 / 04

    Give welfare its own home

A dedicated site, not a submenu — so donors and beneficiaries land in the right world immediately.

  2. Step 02 / 04

    Tell one school-network story

Sixteen schools become one narrative: shared purpose, clear geography, easy next steps.

  3. Step 03 / 04

    Make support obvious

Engagement paths sit at the surface. Visibility for programmes is useless if the path to help is hidden.

  4. Step 04 / 04

    Keep it open

Programme information stays available 24/7 so the site works as a public resource, not an office hours brochure.

Outcome

Welfare programmes become visible to donors, beneficiaries find the right door online, and the school network finally reads as one story.

The need

The Foundation's welfare work, including its school network, had no dedicated home for beneficiaries and donors.

What we built

A separate social welfare website presenting programmes, the school network and the ways to support them.

Welfare programmes become visible to donors

Beneficiaries find the right programme online

The school network reads as one story
